Policeman, Voter Shot In Polling Unit

Two individuals have reportedly been shot on the Home of Meeting election in Ondo State.

The 2 victims have been recognized as a policeman and a resident of Idanre group.

The unlucky incident occured  at Idanre, headquarters of Idanre Native Authorities Space of the state.

Sources informed Day by day Put up that the gunshot was fired by a suspected hoodlum.

It was learnt that the suspect didn’t goal the victims, due to this fact making them casualties of stray bullets.

The safety operative and the opposite sufferer have been rushed to an undisclosed hospital for medical consideration.

Confirming the incident, Ondo State Police Command spokesperson, SP Olufumilayo Odunlami, mentioned the suspect has been arrested.

In response to her, a pump-action rifle and two stay cartridges have been recovered from the suspect.
